Tex-Sun Concrete and Ravel Architecture (formerly FKF Studio) paired up to construct the residence at 1700 Michael St., a complex contemporary structure that features sandblasted board-formed concrete walls, an exquisite modern pool, and second level parking garage constructed via concrete slab on metal decking. Situated on a hillside in the heart of Austin, the primary concrete structures were completed in 2016, and the home was completed the following year. We are excited to have worked with Alex at Ravel, and so proud of his team and their accomplishment. It is an honor to have worked with them on this project, and we look forward to creating many more show-stoppers like this home!
